About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong presence and a proven track record of meeting targets in sales. As an Internal External Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, supporting customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support and Coordination: Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations, monitor sales progress, provide updates, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Order Processing and Management: Process customer orders accurately, coordinate with logistics and production, and manage inventory levels to meet demand.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer records, grow key client relationships, and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and identify trends for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (3-5 years) with a strong presence and a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS software and sales tools (Salesforce, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High energy, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
