This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator at The Legends Agency in Hyde Park, Johannesburg. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage orders from receipt to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Capture and process payments efficiently, allocating EFT and PayGate transactions accurately.
  • Maintain client relationships through effective communication and prompt responses to queries.
  • Provide logistics support by tracking parcels and escalating delivery issues when necessary.
  • Perform general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining financial records.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A tertiary education in Business Administration or a related field.
Estimated Salary:

R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
