Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize lead management systems and web-based initiatives to research markets and gather sales leads.
  • Make contact with existing or potential customers to build positive relationships and create customer interest in our products and services.
  • Negotiate sales, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Manage trade-ins and ensure accurate sales administration procedures.
  • Develop sound relationships with manufacturer representatives and stay up-to-date with manufacturer programs.
  • Maintain effective oral and written communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Protect the company against risk.
Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate
  • Unendorsed driver's license
  • Marketing or finance diploma/degree (advantageous)
  • Work experience in a dealership (essential)
