Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in debt collection, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing debt collection strategies, improving processes, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM software.
