**Main Purpose**:
- To provide accurate financial reporting and compliance to internal controls, recording and reporting to ensure controls are maintained in specific finance related functions/procedures relating to stock management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll administration.
**Job Objectives**
- To support asset management and prevent theft through the implementation and reporting of stock management controls.
- To process transactions relating to all debtors, creditors, payroll and cash book to prevent misappropriation of company funds.
- To ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial information through:
- stock variance reports, open payables and debtors age analysis
- Maintain accurate data management on GP and other systems
- Preparing month end accruals
- Balancing intercompany loan accounts
- Drive cost management improvements through participation in Invocoms, guidance in terms of waste management and cost savings opportunities
- Track and report waste and conversation per site against budget and withing corporate guidelines.
- Assist Site Accountant to manage outsourced labour costs in line with budget through ongoing reporting
**Qualification Requirements**:

- Matric
- Financial Diploma/ Equivalent
- Financial Degree
**Experience Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years Finance / admin experience
