Job Overview:
- This role involves identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling cloud and/or security solutions to enterprise-level clients.
- A solid understanding of emerging trends in IT and digital transformation is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the tech and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT sector.
- Proven track record of success selling cloud and/or security solutions.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Certifications in cloud or security technologies.
