Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for preparing quotations, checking vehicles in, meeting and greeting customers, sourcing parts, ordering parts, receiving parts, managing the progress of service/repair, and handing over vehicles to customers. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, great communication skills, a good understanding of cars, computer literacy, and a valid driver's license. Additionally, proficiency in Word, Excel, and Sage software is essential.
