Key Responsibilities:
- Provide switchboard services by screening incoming calls and transferring to relevant staff in the Provincial Office.
- Offer reception and administrative support to ensure seamless communication and document management.
- Handle face-to-face enquiries from visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain inventory related to the reception area and ensure it remains presentable at all times.
- Plan and coordinate support personnel diaries to optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate provincial office fleet operations for efficient logistics management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification.
- An Office Administration Certificate would be advantageous.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Essential Competencies:
- Good command of English and effective communication skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
