- Provide administrative support to Attorneys, including preparing documents and managing case files.
- Draft and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with precision.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with deadlines and regulations.
- Liaise with third parties, including Court Officials, Sheriffs, and client staff.
- Utilize legal practice management systems and platforms to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and process billing, invoices, and legal cost tracking with attention to detail.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Litigation Secretary in a Law firm.
- Strong typing and dictation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Court Online, CaseLines, and other legal software.
- Experience working with financial institutions is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
