Legal Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Attorneys, including drafting and formatting legal documents, maintaining case files, and liaising with third parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, format, and manage legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain and organise case files, utilising legal practice management systems and platforms to ensure accurate records and tracking.
- Manage Attorneys' diaries and appointments, prioritising tasks and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Liaise with third parties, including Court Officials, Sheriffs, and client staff, to facilitate efficient communication and resolution of matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Litigation Secretary in a Law firm, preferably with expertise in Banking Law and Litigation.
- Strong typing and dictation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
