Administrative Assistant

**Requirements**:
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist the Group Operations team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Maintain and update company-related documents, databases, and records.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.
- Support procurement processes by assisting with purchase orders, vendor communication, and record-keeping.
- Input and update information accurately in the company’s database and management systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
**Desired Skills and Qualifications**
- Matric or equivalent (additional certifications office administration is a plus).
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office management tools such as Sage X3 would be advantageous
- Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems would be a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic office environment.
