Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Retail Business Manager who will drive sales growth, manage expenses, and lead a team of professionals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving Sales Growth: Achieve targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
  • Expense Control: Oversee all store expenses, ensuring they align with the company's budget.
  • Stock Management: Implement measures to minimize stock losses and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • In-Store Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising strategies, maintaining store appearance and appeal.
