Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team at Vector Logistics Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the planning and delivery of a large volume of learning and development events.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support in the planning and delivery of learning and development events.
  2. Obtain and collate training provider information for vendor approval.
  3. Track training documentation ensuring that Attendance Registers and associated costs are captured into the HR Management system.
  4. Generate certificates of attendance for in-house training events.
  5. Prepare learning and development materials to a consistently high standard and ensure that they reach the delegates/facilitators within agreed timescales.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant diploma or degree qualifications and 2-3 years of experience in a human resources or administration function or similar environment. You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, data administration skills, analytical thinking, presentation skills, organizational awareness, and attention to detail.

Key Relationships:
You will work closely with business unit managers and executives, employees, and external stakeholders such as SETA officials, B-BBEE verification auditors, SARS officials, training service providers, and bursary holders.
