The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership and coordinating curriculum development for our Public Administration programmes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To develop, review, and moderate curriculum for area of specialisation
  • To facilitate face-to-face and online lectures and assessments
  • To provide academic consultation support and stakeholder feedback
  • Undertake programme reviews and quality management administrative tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Public Administration or related field
  • PhD in Public Administration or related field (an advantage)
  • At least 3 years of lecturing experience in higher education

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Familiarity with higher education and distance learning
  • Experience with learning management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent writing and reporting skills
  • High level of ethics and confidentiality
