We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Peoplefinder Career Placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payment Processing: Ensure all payments are fully authorized, process all payments daily, and prepare payments lists for payruns.
  • Benefits Upload: Upload beneficiaries on online banking systems after verification and print proof of payments, save on SharePoint, and send to customers and managers.
  • Supplier Invoicing: Download supplier invoices from POS, save on SharePoint, and mail to customers.
  • Foreign Exchange Payments: Process foreign exchange payments, book FX rates, and submit supporting documents.

Requirements:

  • A matric with a diploma in bookkeeping or any relevant qualification.
  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience in a similar position.
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A working knowledge of SharePoint will be advantageous.
