  • Investigate incidents in accordance with SI 423 requirements, aiming to reduce incident rates.
  • Evaluate compliance with PPE, STOP, and environmental regulations, ensuring delivery vehicle operations meet company and legislative standards.
  • Develop and enhance training materials after regular reviews, reporting on variances and making recommendations for corrective action.
  • Create training content aligned with current unit standards, working with developers and SETA accredited providers.

Requirements:

  • NQF Level 6 (National Diploma in Transport & Logistics or relevant qualification)
  • Professional Bulk Truck Operator qualification - Learnership certificate
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Fuel industry, specifically as a Bulk Truck Operator
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively under pressure
