  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests.
  • Communicate effectively and manage technical support inquiries.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Technically minded with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
