Administrative Coordinator

At Numeral XII (Pty) Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to manage our credit applications and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client information and credit applications.
- Identify and address any documentation shortcomings or discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks, including report writing and data capture.
- Collaborate with the credit committee to ensure seamless credit assessment and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and government departments.
- Matriculation certificate.
- 3-5 years of solid administration experience.
- Credit applications assessment or credit granting experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with purchase orders is an added advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Credit Act.
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
