**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Solutions Client Account Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT software solutions to external companies in the lending industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal IT software development teams to provide IT DevOps software solutions that meet the needs of external clients.
  • Manage and participate in operational meetings and reporting.
  • Direct support to developers to clarify client requirements.
  • Manage and participate in tasks through each key area of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including classification, prioritization, business requirements, design, testing, user training, and deployments.
  • System and system environment administration, release management, and configuration.
  • General system, process, and client communication.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, accuracy, compliance, and productivity.
  • Develop skills to enhance personal effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Must have IT software qualifications or any other relevant certificates in IT software development.
  • Must have gained experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT software solutions.
  • Must have working experience in software solutions within the lending/loans industry.
  • Must have working experience as a digital external client services/account manager for external companies.
  • Must be prepared to travel personally to external clients/companies' premises whenever needed.
  • Must have a driver's license and own transport.

Salary Range: Up to R40,000 CTC per month (depending on years of experience regarding the requirements of this vacancy only).
