Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Engage proactively with guests, addressing their requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accurately perform daily check-ins and check-outs, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette, answering calls promptly and professionally.
  • Anticipate and address guest service needs, resolving concerns and escalating if necessary.
  • Support the Property Manager in responding to email communications and keeping them informed of urgent matters.
  • Ensure accurate data capturing for administrative tasks, promoting a safe working environment, and adhering to emergency procedures.
  • Manage nightly hotel operations, including incidents and end-of-day procedures, and generate daily reports for departments and department heads.
  • Balance and submit card transactions to the Finance department, conducting nightly audits on check-ins, check-outs, and no-show guests.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in written, spoken, and reading English.
  • Additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office, and Email.
  • Familiarity with hotel industry practices and experience in Guest Services, preferably in the hospitality industry.
