Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and implement regional business plans that drive sales and operating profit growth.
  2. To assume full accountability for the regional profit and loss and ensure the team delivers financial performance targets.
  3. To monitor regional performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  4. To foster a culture of customer service excellence and increase club card participation.
  5. To engage stakeholders, provide insights, and inform range, pricing, and promotions strategies.
  6. To drive store expansion growth targets and deliver convenient experiences for customers.
  7. To develop people strategies that meet current and future business needs.
  8. To support retention strategies and adhere to HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. B.Com Degree or Diploma/B Pharm (retail/finance management, pharmacy or related)
  2. Minimum 5 years' senior operational management experience within a multi-site environment
  3. Extensive people management and leadership experience
  4. Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios)
