P2P Operations Manager Job Description


The P2P Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the full P2P function, including process improvements and team management.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage the PTP team to ensure high performance and meet business SLA targets
  • Identify and implement process improvements in P2P processes and controls
  • Collaborate with the team to find opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support the AR Supervisor as needed for approvals or other relevant tasks
  • Complete month-end processes as required
  • Generate accounts payable listings to ensure supplier accounts are reconciled to statements

Requirements:



  • Full AP function team management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in a Shared Service or Group is highly beneficial
  • Self-started and able to work independently
  • A tertiary degree in Finance
