- Minimize general expenses while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and insurers.
- Provide accurate and timely communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Business Process Overview:
- General inquiries, new business, renewals, endorsements, and re-broke.
- Risk assessments, portfolio analysis, and quote requests.
- Policies rated accurately, and required information provided to clients.
- Valuations, reinsurance, premium raises, and documentation management.
- Upsell relevant cover, follow retention processes, and confirm cancellations.
- Refunds, invoicing, and adherence to company mandates.
Professional Development:
- Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously develop self.
- Maintain productivity and quality assurance targets.
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- FAIS Compliant.
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a client services environment.
- 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Underwriter.
