Employee Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team at Esteem Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits administration, including notification to insurers and obtaining documentation.
- Coordinate with insurers, employers, and members to resolve claims and queries.
- Develop and implement review requirements and instructions to admin to change benefit categories.
- Assist employers and members with medical underwriting requirements, proposals, installations, and section 14 documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in admin and support with employee benefits.
- Matric core maths and MS Office skills.
