Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team at Esteem Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee benefits administration, including notification to insurers and obtaining documentation.
  • Coordinate with insurers, employers, and members to resolve claims and queries.
  • Develop and implement review requirements and instructions to admin to change benefit categories.
  • Assist employers and members with medical underwriting requirements, proposals, installations, and section 14 documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in admin and support with employee benefits.
  • Matric core maths and MS Office skills.
