Job Summary

The Academic Administrator position is a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the campus. This role will provide administrative support in various areas, including infrastructure maintenance, health and safety, human resources, academic delivery, and campus administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Campus Operations Manager in the registration process of students, including collecting required documentation, capturing registration data, and uploading documentation onto Campus Online.
  • Assist with the administrative tasks assigned for student support, including invites, attendance registers, and communication to students.
  • Provide administrative support in the assessment process, including monitoring assessment due dates, processing marksheets, and submitting to the Campus Operational Manager for approval.
  • Distribute national timetables to campus-based academic staff and students.
  • Provide administrative support in the library (CHE accredited campuses).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong computer literacy and expertise in business and management computer applications and databases
  • Knowledge of SAQA and related Acts
  • Conflict management and customer focus skills
