We're seeking an exceptional General Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our entire venue. As a leader in the hospitality sector, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless functionality, excellent service, and high standards of cleanliness.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Overall Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the entire venue, ensuring smooth functionality and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor staff across all departments, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve overall service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Manage financials, including budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Experience: Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any venue-related issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quality Focus: High standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to handle high-pressure environments with ease.
  • Education: A degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.

Compensation Package

Negotiable depending on experience.
