The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition process, coordinating with corporate HR teams, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that align with business objectives, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, manage employee conflicts and grievances, and provide support for employee development and growth.
  • Payroll Processing: Coordinate and manage payroll processing, ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll data, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage labor-related statutory compliances, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and payroll processing.
  • Proven track record of success in leading HR initiatives, managing teams, and driving business results.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
