Job Title: PTA - HR Manager

At E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering human resources plans, policies, practices, and programs throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and apply human resources policies, programs, practices, and procedures consistently and appropriately throughout assigned locations.
  • Supervise the plant employment and placement functions, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
  • Conduct training and orientation sessions for employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Direct the plant safety program, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Administer wage and salary policies, EEO compliance activities, governmental wage and hour regulations, work measurements projects, and conduct local pay, benefit, and HR practice surveys.
  • Direct employee communications programs, fostering open and transparent communication throughout the organization.
  • Represent the plant in workers' compensation and unemployment matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Perform individual assignments as directed by supervisors and superiors, ensuring adequate and continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality.
Requirements:
  • Broad technical knowledge of laws and regulations surrounding human resources, with excellent human relations and judgment skills.
  • Absolute confidentiality required, with the ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-directed with a high degree of self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and results-focused team player, with excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels within an organization, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • General business management and communications skills, typically gained through the completion of a bachelor's degree.
