  • Exceptional leadership and executive management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate engineering teams
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern infrastructure management
Nice to Have:
  • Experience presenting technical and business insights to C-level executives and board members
  • Passion for technical problem-solving through strategy
  • Proven ability to foster effective collaboration across all engineering departments and with cross-functional teams
