Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting & Administration Manager to join our team at GLOBAL PROPERTY DEVELOPERS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Ensure seamless communication with clients, suppliers, and employees through effective correspondence management, accurate record-keeping, and timely filing.
  • Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Supplier and Client Liaison: Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication, billing, and invoicing.
  • Bookkeeping: Record and manage financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, and maintain thorough documentation for audits and tax purposes.


Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in accounting and administrative management roles.
• Strong leadership and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software (QuickBooks & SAGE).
• Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to aligning with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks and SAGE Payroll Online system.
• Strong leadership and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and employees.
