As a key member of the iGrow Wealth Investments team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rental portfolio. This involves attending to all day-to-day maintenance tickets, working with approved contractors, and maintaining open communication with all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to all day-to-day maintenance tickets on the rental portfolio.
- Work off list of approved contractors for each development.
- Attend all reported maintenance and open tickets on RedRabbit.
- Assign approved contractors.
- Obtain quotations.
- Get quotations approved by the responsible parties.
- Give the go ahead on the contractors.
- Ensure feedback is given to all parties after each step is completed.
- Contractors to send in pictures of the job once completed.
- Obtain invoices and send to Portfolio Administrators to load on to Payprop.
