We are seeking a highly skilled Creditors Administrator to join our team at Profile Personnel. As a Creditors Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the financial relationships with creditors, preparing cash forecasts, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit credit applications to creditors
  • Load weekly bank transfers for creditors and wages
  • Administer banking systems and reports
  • Submit information for relevant accruals

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Finance Management or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
  • Ability to load new creditors and prepare cash forecasts
  • Maintain and update the Bond/Rebate store register
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
