Overview

As a Master Game Developer Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our games, leading a team of talented professionals, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Manage a team of 3D modelers, developers, concept artists, audio designers, and UI designers. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  2. Task Management: Assign tasks to team members based on their expertise and the project's requirements. Ensure that each designer is working on appropriate elements, and facilitate collaboration between designers and other departments.
  3. Communication: Foster open and effective communication within the team and with other departments. Facilitate regular meetings and stand-ups to ensure everyone is informed and aligned with project goals.
  4. Game Development: Develop initial game mechanics, systems, and level designs based on project goals. Ensure that gameplay elements are balanced and adjusted as necessary based on testing feedback.
  5. Design Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation to serve as a reference for the design team and other departments.
  6. Playtesting and Feedback: Conduct playtests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to identify areas for improvement and make changes accordingly.
  7. Problem-Solving: Address design-related challenges as they arise, from gameplay issues to the integration of new features.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Game Designer or Lead Game Designer.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with game development tools and technologies.
