Care Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader to join our team at Kimberley Court in Newquay. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week, with shifts from 9pm-7am. Your primary responsibilities will include caring for residents with diverse needs, administering medication, and ensuring the highest standards of quality care are maintained.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a keen eye for detail. A Level 3 qualification in health and social care is desirable but not essential; we encourage applications from individuals interested in pursuing further education.
LocationKimberley Court is located in the picturesque town of Newquay, offering easy access to public transport, beautiful beaches, and a strong sense of community.
