The successful candidate will be responsible for handling internal and external customer enquiries, providing quotations, and following up on sales efforts to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle internal and external customer enquiries, providing quotations and following up on sales efforts to achieve and exceed targets.
Plan and coordinate sales efforts to achieve and exceed targets, providing feedback to management on customer and market information.
Investigate new products and keep up to date on market trends, participating in new product launches and promotions as well as demonstrations and training.
Grade 12, sales qualifications, previous experience in and of power tools and woodworking tools will be essential.
DIY experience will be an advantage.
English, Afrikaans well spoken and presentable.
MS computer literacy required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Code 08 and own transport essential.
Passion for DIY, hardware, and power tools, woodwork.
Punctuality and work retail hours including Saturdays and overtime as required.
Requirements:
