- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with a Master's Degree or GCC certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a hospital or healthcare setting or plant/building maintenance, with a proven track record in managing technical teams and complex medical equipment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise, with proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
