Business Development Manager

**Job Summary:** O'Brien Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to promote innovative working capital funding solutions to the SME market in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, an active network in the business world, and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their network to identify and generate leads, meeting decision-makers such as business owners, managing directors, financial managers, and CFOs, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored funding solutions. They will facilitate the process until a facility is formalized, after which our team takes over to onboard the client.
