Emporium is currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to drive sales growth in the electronic B2B space.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and driving sales targets, with a strong understanding of technical products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4-6 sales people and 2 support technicians to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the electronic B2B space
  • Build relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an Area or Team Manager
  • Strong knowledge of technical products and solutions
  • Affinity for the electronic B2B space
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

What We Offer:

  • R 25,000 - R 35,000 per month + commission (negotiable)
