Business Development Lead

Emporium is currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to drive sales growth in the electronic B2B space.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and driving sales targets, with a strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4-6 sales people and 2 support technicians to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the electronic B2B space
- Build relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an Area or Team Manager
- Strong knowledge of technical products and solutions
- Affinity for the electronic B2B space
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
What We Offer:
- R 25,000 - R 35,000 per month + commission (negotiable)
