Business Development Manager

Emporium Human Capital is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and lead a team of sales professionals in the B2B electronic space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to reach sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support and solution services to customers
- Manage relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, leading a team to achieve sales targets
- Experience in the electronic B2B space, selling to multiple dealers/resellers
- Business development and key account management experience is a plus
- Affinity for technical products and solutions
- Experience in security distributors, electrical wholesalers, or ICT distributors is preferred
