Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Emporium as a Sales Team Lead, where you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and provide technical support to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide technical support to the sales team to ensure successful sales outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Affinity for technical products and solutions
  • Experience in the electronic B2B space is preferred
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 to R350,000 per month, plus commission. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Emporium.
