Job Summary:

Emporium Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide sales and marketing support to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • Accounting experience or background
  • Previous experience in the property sector, preferably in sales or business development
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
