  • Assist clients in scheduling service appointments and appointment confirmations.
  • Handle emergency calls with professionalism and prioritization.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot switchboard equipment.
Customer Care Duties:
  • Welcome customers in-person and over the phone, creating a positive first impression.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Qualifications:
