Customer Experience Manager

**Job Description:**The successful candidate will ensure effective management of stock and cash, minimising shrinkage and maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping and administration. They will also be responsible for training, motivating and directing shop assistants/cashiers to fulfill their duties while delivering exceptional customer service.
