Administrative Coordinator

This role requires a student in their final year of study who can demonstrate proof of their enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the Technical Department and sites
- Employee coordination and movement
- Sick leave and relief coordination
- PPE ordering and distribution
- Staff overtime and time sheet management
- Responding to emails within 24 hours
- Site and technical assets administration
- Ensuring system and procedures are followed
- Invoicing and quoting to clients
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- High-volume administration experience, preferably in invoicing or accounting
- High level of English literacy
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work every second Saturday
- Able to work overtime as reasonably required
- Attention to detail and high organization
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Sage Evolution and Sales Force would be an advantage
- Good basic understanding of Excel
