Administrative Coordinator

Overview:
At Abantu Staffing Solutions, we're seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum.
Job Description- Finance:
- Process transactions on Pastel Evolution software.
- Manage UIF, PAYE, and SDL submissions.
- Reconcile VAT, PAYE, and UIF accounts using EasyFile.
- Prepare income statements for each business on a monthly basis.
- Investigate variances and highlight changes affecting financial figures.
- Human Resources:
- Issue letters of appointment, contracts, and leave applications.
- Record disciplinary hearings and salary increases.
- Manage staff loans and accounts.
- Creditors:
- Process supplier applications and check stock levels.
- Loading GRV's and processing intercompany journals.
- Invoice stock to different companies.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and investigate stock take variances.
- Debtors:
- Process account applications, follow up on trade references.
- Reconcile debtors' accounts and submit statements for payment.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve debtors' queries.
- General:
- Arrange courier bookings and order housekeeping supplies.
- Manage office repairs and maintenance, telephone systems, and IT issues.
