**Job Title:** Claims and Benefits Coordinator
E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD is seeking a highly skilled Claims and Benefits Coordinator to join our team.
**About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced claims administrator with strong administrative skills to handle all aspects of claims processing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish, including making and receiving calls to clients, gathering and following up on information and documents required to register claims, advising clients on claims under what section covered on policies, interacting and following up with insurers, and building relationships with clients to ensure fair treatment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1+ year's experience in the insurance industry
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
- Class of Business completed for STI Personal and Commercial lines
- Operational Ability and Product Specific Training
- Strong administrative skills, good verbal and written communication skills at all levels, computer literacy in Microsoft Office and internet, self-discipline, time management, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines
