Role Summary:
Isilumko Staffing (JHB) is seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development and Training Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing organisational development, improving employee performance, and enhancing work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organisational development strategies to improve employee performance and work culture.
- Manage the training department to ensure effective learning and development programs.
- Responsible for succession planning to ensure continuity and growth within the organisation.
- Manage departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Lead a team of approximately 25 staff members to achieve organisational goals.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- Relevant diploma or degree.
- No less than 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of management experience.
- Medical or laboratory experience is an advantage.
- Strong team management and English communication skills.
- Clear criminal record.
