Job Summary
Talent Scout is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Manage administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Minimum 3 years-experience in an office administration role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
Working Environment
The successful candidate will be based in Port Elizabeth and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
