Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Headhunters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Pastel.
  • Oversee the receipt and inventory of office supplies and stock, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Verify and record incoming shipments, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Pastel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in receiving and invoicing.
