Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Headhunters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Pastel.
- Oversee the receipt and inventory of office supplies and stock, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Verify and record incoming shipments, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting to inform business decisions.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Pastel, and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in receiving and invoicing.
