Job Position: Office Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Handle the Reception area and switchboard
\u2022 Liaise effectively with Technical team, coordinate appointments, write up job cards, monitor and handle any issues which arise, keep customers updated on progress
\u2022 Liaise with warehouse and ensure stock availability
\u2022 Taking of calls, dealing with customer queries and processing of invoices
Requirements:
\u2022 Minimum of Matric
\u2022 High attention to detail and ability to handle extreme pressure and multi-task
\u2022 Non-smoker (due to nature of industry)
\u2022 Well-spoken, with a positive, out-going and confident manner
